The show features regular characters including Black, Keith Bilbrey, Sheriff Jimmy Capps, Waitress Renae and avid church lady, Nadine, along with special guest appearances by country music artists of yesterday and today.
“The Marty Stuart Show” is a must-see during RFD-TV’s Saturday Night Music Row. Each exciting episode features Mr. Stuart and his band “The Fabulous Superlatives.” Episodes also feature his wife — “Country Queen,” Ms. Connie Smith—who has helped make the show a celebrated success.
Merlin Gene hosts Classic country music and comedy with special guests.
Joe Jensen, his wife, Kathy, and their son Jeff purchased the theater that’s home to “Midwest Country” in 1997. Nearly every weekend, the stage lights up, cameras roll, and country music entertains all.
Join popular polka performer Mollie Busta as she hosts the weekly “Mollie B Polka Party” on RFD-TV! The one-hour program features the nation’s top polka bands and a wide variety of ethnic styles produced on location at music festivals from around the country.
The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum has created a 13-episode television series, “My Bluegrass Story,” The shows are filmed inside the museum with artists interacting with artifacts and talking about their careers. They also perform songs there.
RFD-TV is proud to host “The Penny Gilley Show” for almost 15 years now, starring “The Sweetheart of Country Music” herself, Penny Gilley.
Starring award-winning artist Perley Curtis, anyone who enjoys the classic sound of real Country music will love “Perley’s Place.” Filmed live at the iconic Nashville Palace, near Opryland in Nashville, TN, with a live audience, it’s one classic County hit after another.
Produced in Nashville from 1974 to 1982, “Pop! Goes the Country” revisits this great era when the influence of pop music found country music. The half-hour variety country music television series is a program of the past that’s found a happy home here on RFD-TV!

The Presley Family built Branson’s Original Show on the Strip. “Presleys’ Country Jubilee” was a smash hit, and people from across the country lined up every night for a chance to hear the country music and comedy the Presley Family loved to perform.
