A new survey breaks down GA farmer’s mental well being

A new survey in Georgia reflects the seriousness of mental health among farmers.

The Georgia Foundation for Ag found that nearly a third of farmers had considered suicide in the past year. 40 percent had felt lonely or hopeless in the last month. The biggest stress factors were balancing home and work life and weather.
