IDGT is a good tool when it comes to passing down large estates

Because of the failure of the Build Back Better legislation last year, the federal estate tax remains a non-concern for the vast majority of people. However, for some larger farming operations, planning to avoid the full impact of the tax is necessary.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on IDGT and what to keep in mind when passing down the operation.
