This week you are bound to hear a lot of talk about Title 42 as Congress looks at the Trump-era immigration rule.
It allowed for easy expulsion of people crossing the border illegally, due to the pandemic, but it expires later this month. While a federal judge has ordered a hearing before its expiration, the ag community is bracing for a more volatile situation.
