Changes could be coming to the Endangered Species Act. The Administration is proposing to expand the definition of “habitat” under the rule, which could pose greater land use restrictions on farmers and ranchers. Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison on the background of the Act, what the Administration’s proposed rule aims to do, the impact it could have on growers, and when the rule could be finalized.
