NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) Despite the desire for a trade deal, frustration is still running high among American Ag trade negotiators. Officials contend that China is no longer a "developing market" but one that is already there and that the U.S. is not a player in it. Sarah Mock reports from Washington.
