NASDA CEO on the confusion caused by WOTUS rule back and forth

The National Association of State Departments of Ag is calling on EPA to suspend action on Waters of the U.S. rulemaking.

NASDA has expressed concerns with a proposed rule to revise the WOTUS definition under the Clean Water Act.

NASDA CEO, and former Undersecretary for Trade and Foreign Ag Affairs, Ted McKinney spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on their biggest concerns regarding the rule, what they are asking from the EPA, and the confusion created within the industry from the back and forth.
