In Chester County, Pennsylvania a 309-acres farm is back on the market. Crebilly Farm, which has been under the ownership of the Robinson family for more than 80 years, is hitting the market at a price tag of $34 million dollars.

The property includes rolling hills, multiple barns, pastures, and ponds. It even has a stone chapel, according to Patch.com.

However, not everyone is excited about the listing. Some residents are concerned that the property might be bought and used for development purposes.

The non-profit Natural Lands said that Crebilly’s owners reached out to them last year to discuss conservation options, Daily Local reports.

It was listed by Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.
