Economist weighs in on how Russia-Ukraine tensions will impact ag

Tensions between Russia and Ukraine are adding pressure to ag input prices. Economist Dr. Gary Schnitkey says that it is tied to oil and natural gas, which Russia supplies for much of Europe.

He spoke with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on the changes in the way energy moves, how tensions overseas are impacting U.S. ag, and what farmers should know moving forward.
