NCBA weighs in on how cattle contract library program will benefit producers

The Senate has passed the fiscal year omnibus appropriations package. Included in the bill is a cattle contract library pilot program, a critical tool to increase market transparency for producers.

Tanner Beymer with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on what the program entails, how it will increase transparency, and what the next steps are.
