Nebraska’s Road 702 Fire is the third-largest in the U.S.

A wildfire ravaging Nebraska is now the third-largest in the nation. Weekend winds fueled the flames causing the Road 702 Fire to burn more than 44,000 acres.

The field in Cambridge, west of Lincoln, looks like lava.

Last week, a former fire chief died and fifteen firefighters have been injured.
