Mental Health Awareness Month hits home for one Kansas farmer

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and those in the agricultural industry that are dealing with struggles often suffer silently.

Farmers and industry leaders across the nation are advocating for producers to speak up and share their struggles, reminding them that they are not alone.

Kansas farmer Lowell Neitzel spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about how this topic hits home for him personally and what he wants the rest of the industry to know if they are struggling with mental health issues.
