Russian military accused of stealing vegetable seed oil

A Ukrainian consulting firm has accused Russia of stealing vegetable seed oil.

The firm says that the Russian military made off with a large amount of oil from a plant that makes sunflower, soybean, and canola oil. The finished product was scheduled to be shipped to foreign customers.

The military has already been accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of tons of wheat.
