The pork industry is taking California’s Prop 12 all the way to the Supreme Court. The National Pork Producers Council and American Farm Bureau have petitioned the court, asking justices to rule on the constitutionality of one state imposing far-reaching regulations outside its borders.
The NPPC’s Michael Formica spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on the implications of Prop 12 and what they are asking of the Supreme Court.
