Nashville, TN – Mar. 17, 2026 – One of Amazon Music’s handpicked “Artists to Watch” for 2026, Braxton Keith and soulful Australian rising talent Tyla Rodrigues release their own take of the gentle country classic “Do I Ever Cross Your Mind” today as an Amazon Music Original.

Honoring the understated delivery of Chet Atkins’ signature vocal and mirroring Dolly Parton’s soft restraint, Keith and Rodrigues’ conversational exchange intertwines seamlessly amid the spaciously arranged, bouncy and bright duet. To celebrate the release, Rodrigues will join Keith to perform the cover at Australia’s premiere country festival CMC Rocks QLD during both of his sets this Friday (3/20) and Saturday (3/21) at the Amazon Music Tailgate After Party.

“We knew we were stepping into legendary territory with Chet and Dolly on this one,” said Keith. “It was important to honor the music and spirit, but in our own way. Tyla was perfect for that—she’s got so much heart in the way she sings and the harmonies just lined up.”

“I was so excited about this collab with Braxton, I love and respect his style and the music he makes so much,” added Rodrigues. “So, while it was nerve wracking taking on such an iconic song, I felt we were able to pay homage to that traditional country music we love so much, in our own way!’
