From Farm Girl to Mainstream Fame!

Lainey Wilson grew up on a farm in northeast Louisiana. In 2014 she released her first album and her career has not slowed down since.
Four albums and multiple awards later she has cemented herself as one of country music’s newest and brightest stars.

In honor of her birthday, here are four of our favorite songs!

“Watermelon Moonshine”

Deanna Carter’s “Strawberry Wine” for a new generation! Lainey’s “Watermelon Moonshine” was a single off of her Bell Botton Country album.

“Things A Man Outta Know”

This song could be credited as the hit that made Lainey a household name! Released in 2020, this single would become her first #1 hit, and it also charted #3 on the Hot Country Charts.

“Heart Like A Truck”

Perfect metaphors don’t exist.... oh wait!
“Heart Like a Truck” assured Lainey a spot as one of country music’s hottest female acts. It was the lead single off of Bell Bottom Country. According to Lainey, “It’s about not being afraid of the scratches and dents and bumps along the way.”

“Dirty Looks”

Nothin’ looks better than a hard-working man, and Lainey puts all of that into one song! It was the debut single off of her Redneck Hollywood EP released in 2019.
