Michigan maple syrup producers are facing widespread destruction after a 100-year storm ripped through the state, leaving behind what some describe as a war zone.
The state Farm Bureau offers a glimpse into the aftermath as producers assess the damage and seek assistance.
“The last I heard they were at capacity at Los Angeles Equestrian Center, and I think that’s about 280 to 300 horses that have been placed there.”
