LAS VEGAS, Nev. (RFD News) — Krista Soda, an agribusiness consultant with Nationwide, is helping connect agriculture with the people and resources that support it. Through her work with mental health advocacy, Women in Ag initiatives and recruiting the next generation of industry leaders, she is focused on strengthening rural communities. We welcomed Krista Soda to the program.

In her interview with RFD-TV News, Soda discussed the upcoming Dirt Diaries podcast, which focuses on mental health resources available to farmers and rural communities. She highlighted organizations working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and encouraged continued conversations across agriculture.
