When you think of cowboys, you might picture the Hollywood version - a rugged drifter who rides off into sunset - but for Ian Munsick, who works cattle and horses in Wyoming, he wants to change that image. For him, a real cowboy is someone entirely different, which he writes about in his new song, “Horses Not Hearts.”
