Planting season is looking pretty grim for Arkansas producers as they recover from recent flooding

After several weeks of heavy rain, flooding persists in parts of Arkansas, and for many producers, the outlook for this year’s crop is grim.

The state’s Farm Bureau introduces us to one farmer who says that most of his acres remain unplanted.
