Rail leader, CSX, reaches deal over sick time with 2/12 rail unions

CSX Transportation says they have reached a deal with two of the 12 rail labor unions over sick time.

The most recent agreement allows rail workers four days of sick leave and also allows workers to convert some of their paid time off to sick time if needed.

Analysts say the agreement could strike up conversations between other rail owners and their unions in hopes of avoiding a mass walk off.
