On this week’s Rural Health Matters, we are going to focus on stress, anxiety, and mental health related to severe weather events.

As we see more and more of these severe events in rural America, we find it can take a toll on our mental health.

Dr. Jeffrey Gold, the President of the University of Nebraska, spoke with RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander about the relationship between stress and physical health and how producers can cope.
