NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) Ag leaders from across the nation are convening in New Orleans this week, as the National Association of State Directors of Agriculture (NASDA) holds its Annual Meeting there.

The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity for state ag leaders to discuss policy issues and to develop strategy with regard to the current challenges and opportunities presented to the agriculture industry, in the belief that agriculture policy based on sound science is critical to the success of our farmers and ranchers.

This year, attendees will be immersed in the culture of Louisiana’s farm and forest industries, which contribute $10 billion annually to the state’s economy.

RFD-TV is there and will feature live reports from the NASDA Annual Meeting this week on “Market Day Report.”
