Truterra is opening a second round of enrollment for its 2022 carbon program.
Last year’s initiative resulted in more than $4 million in payments to participating farmers who sequestered 200,000 metric tons of carbon in the soil.
Mariah Murphy spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about why they decided to open up a second enrollment period, what farmers should know if they are skeptical, what sets their carbon program apart from others, and what farmers need to know to get started.
