The 2025 Hard Winter Wheat Tour is underway this week as scouts work their way across fields in Kansas to get a firsthand look at conditions and quality.

Dave Green with the Wheat Quality Council spoke with RFD-TV’s Tammi Arender on how the tour is progressing so far, current conditions, and the importance of the tour.
