The EPA announces plans to revisit Obama-era carbon rules on vehicles and tractors

The EPA is planning to reconsider the Endangerment Finding. It is an Obama-era rule that classified carbon dioxide as a public health threat.

The move would affect emissions regulations on cars, trucks, and farm equipment.
