The Trend is Increasing: CA State Beekeepers Association has a new program to combat beehive theft

Beehive theft is on the rise as the industry faces its highest losses in fourteen years.

The California State Beekeepers Association is now fighting back with a new theft prevention program.

President Ryan Burris spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on how big of a threat this is, contributing factors, and what the program entails.
