On Friday, March 15, 2024, “The Penny Gilley Show” will begin its 16th consecutive season on RFD-TV!
Penny Gilley, originally from West Monroe, Louisiana, was a headlining star in Branson, MO for a number of years. After her song “The Line Drawn in the Sand” caught the attention of General Norman Schwarzkopf during Operation Desert Storm, he invited her to perform for his troops. Since then, she has logged over 300,000 air miles performing all over the world, including Iraq, Kosovo, Bosnia, Kuwait, Japan, Germany, and eleven tours to South Korea. She is as well known as a strong supporter of veterans and veteran causes as she is for her traditional sound and for always “keepin’ it country.”
