When Charbel Abillama enlisted the assistance of his long-time friend, Wael Mansour, to help stage a surprise marriage proposal to his girlfriend, Kristina Hanna, he got all the help he needed, and then some. In fact, it would probably be fair to say that the creatively cutesy-clever Mansour stole the whole show.
As, BuzzFeed reports, the duo had to change their plans last-minute due to security difficulties at the Ottawa hotel where the proposal was carried out. After the two hastily repositioned the gold “Marry Me” balloons and strewed the surrounding courtyard with rose petals, as planned, Mousa had a last minute stroke of genius, positioning himself in an alcove at the bottom of the stairs and strewing the bride-to-be with additional rose petals as she descended upon the heart-melting scene.
