21 states sue Biden administration over Keystone XL

Nearly two dozen states are suing the Biden administration over the Keystone XL Pipeline.

The lawsuit states that the project was authorized by Congress and yanking the permit by executive order is a violation of the Constitution, because only Congress can regulate international and interstate commerce.

Wyoming is the latest state to join 20 others in the lawsuit. The governor says that the project was expected to free up pipeline space in Wyoming and create more than 42,000 jobs nationwide.
