NASHVILLE, Tenn (RFD-TV) February 2, 2017 On this edition of “Road to THE AMERICAN,” Amy Wilson chats with two young barrel racers who recently qualified for THE AMERICAN Semi Finals:
12-year-old Dally Parker and her 21-year-old mare Charm (that’s no typo, folks – Dally is 12 and her horse is 21!) have broken records all over the southwest. They qualified for the Semi Finals in 2016 and are headed back there again this year. Dally joins Amy Wilson in the studio to talk about the excitement of qualifying for the second time, about her horse, and about her family.
Amy also chats via phone with Jordan Driver, 14 years old, who qualified for the Semi Finals on two different horses, Ever So Zippy and TK Judges Easy Money. She talks about her horses and about all the work it takes to balance school, rodeo, and all of her other activities.
