We are continuing to learn more about the devastating tornadoes that took place in Iowa on Tuesday.
It has now been confirmed that the severe weather system led to a total of six tornadoes in the state leaving catastrophic damage and sadly multiple dead. Damage assessments are still underway across the rural and agricultural areas that were impacted.
To put it into perspective, Dusty Rich of Des Moines posted to X saying, “The tornado died over my field and dumped everything. It’s unbelievable how much debris it carried as far as it did.”
