The window is closing to get another Farm Bill during this session of Congress. American Farm Bureau President Zippy Duvall says he is an optimist and is hopeful it will happen.
However, he told attendees at the Louisiana Farm Bureau Convention that the other major issue that Congress needs to tackle is farm labor.
