After eight decades, a Florida citrus staple has hit the market

Mixon Fruit Farms in Bradenton, Florida has hit the market!

The property has been a part of the community since 1939. Mixon stretches 39 acres and includes a storefront, residence, barn, and pastures. It is currently listed at $15.8 million dollars!

Last year, the owners did state that if they did list the farm they would not close the store until 2024. So, it sounds like you still have time to get delicious Florida fruit!

The listing is being handled by Coldwell Banker Realty.
