A proposed rule is looking to impose speed-limiting mandates on commercial trucks. Ag groups are pushing back, saying it will not bring the proposed safety gains but will further hurt the supply chain, which could have negative economic effects on farmers.

Lewie Pugh with the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association joined RFD-TV’s Suzanne Alexander for an update on the hearing, his main discrepancies with the regulations, and if there is a better solution at hand.
