AI has been a big mover in agriculture, and recently, European weather forecasters built a publicly available AI weather forecasting model. Eric Snodgrass with Nutrien Ag Solutions says it has been performing well, even generating data days before other models had.
He tells Brownfield Ag News those tools will never replace human forecasters and views them as a great companion and another tool available to make better predictions.
