The court supports EPA’s ruling that existing stocks of dicamba may be applied. It is a welcome move for soy producers across the nation.
RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison speaks with American Soybean Association’s Caleb Ragland on the court ruling and what it means for soy producers. According to Raglan, “It does bring some certainty here in the short-term; it was just ridiculous to have this valuable tool plucked way from us on a whim...for a court to just take away this valuable tool at the last minute was just a slap in the face.”
