Waylon Jennings was a legend in country music and a pioneering figure of the “Outlaw Movement.” Many of his songs are now country staples.

Thankfully his musical talents passed on to the next generation!

Whey Jennings recently covered his grandfather’s “Lonesome, Only, and Mean” in a session put on by Country Rebel. Can you hear the family resemblance?

Whey has covered many of his grandfather’s songs, including “Good Ol Boy,” “Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way?” and “Ramblin Man.”
