Arkansas Farm Traces Highland Cattle Back to Noah’s Ark!

Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks is Taylor Hawk Farms, a cattle ranch like many others, but with a unique difference. Arkansas Farm Bureau takes us to their operation to learn what makes the farm so special.

Highland Cattle are typically found grazing in the Scottish highlands, but there are about 11,000 heads of the breed in the United States and Canada.
