Arkansas fire department providing free hot meals to truck drivers

A fire department in Arkansas has opened its doors to truck drivers to make sure they get a warm meal while they keep our country moving amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Quail Creek Fire Department Chief James Church shared a Facebook post on Saturday, letting the community know they will be providing a hot meal for truckers at no cost.

Because they are all volunteers the department isn’t able to offer the meals during the week, but plan to offer the meals again next weekend.
