African Swine Fever cases continue in China as more than 10 cases of ASF have been reported in the country over the last two months. China has been implementing efforts to try and stop the spread of the disease.
China now seeks to auction another 10 thousand tons of frozen pork from state reserves. This is in effort to help keep prices from rising. The additional 10 thousand tons brings the total amount taken from the country’s pork reserves to 280 thousand tons.
