Attorney offers insight on an Idaho couple’s WOTUS case heading to the Supreme Court

Ag groups are praising an announcement from the Supreme Court this week, after justices agreed to hear a case regarding Waters of the U.S.

It all centers around a long-running dispute between an Idaho couple and the EPA.

Damien Schiff with the Pacific Legal Foundation is the lead attorney on the couple’s case. He spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the details of the case.
