Biofuel Groups: EPA’s denial of 69 petitions provides clean slate to get RFS back on track

Biofuel groups are backing EPA’s decision to deny 69 petitions seeking small refinery exemptions. The groups have filed a motion to intervene in the Court of Appeals in support of the decision saying that it provides a clean slate to get RFS back on track.

Troy Bredenkamp with the Renewable Fuels Association spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on where we stand today on the matter, their decision to back the EPA, and next steps.
