Border agents seized 230 pounds of illegal pork!
They arrested a married couple trying to cross the border in El Paso. The two were in separate cars, both loaded with pork bologna.
A few days later, agents seized another 120 pounds.
The region’s Director of Field Operations says that this kind of smuggling is no laughing matter because it can introduce foreign animal disease into our herds.
