Border collie saves flock of sheep from fire in Australia

Patsy

Patsy is a six-year-old working border collie in the town of Corryong in Victoria. The working dog rounded up sheep with her owner and farmer as flames bore down on them.

She brought them to the safest area on the farm as her owner was fighting the fire on his farmland.

Thanks to the brave work of the farmer and Patsy, nearly all of the sheep were saved.

Patsy still has plenty of work to do, as warm and dry weather is expected to return on Thursday, ramping the fires back up.
