Fans of country music will know our guest. He was born in the small community of Lawton, Oklahoma, a good drive southwest of Oklahoma City.
His career brought him to Nashville, where he’s spent a couple decades sharing his musical talent with the world. He has had several awards, including a Grammy and no. 1 hit songs like “Someone Else’s Star” and “Rebecca Lynn” among many others.
Bryan White stopped by MDR to speak with Janet Adkison on his journey to Music City, his favorite part of performing, and his writing inspirations.
“Being able to play songs and watch the reaction on people’s faces when they hear that song-- that’s priceless. I would say that is probably my favorite part of performing,” White states.
