Born and raised in Kansas City, MO, C.T. brings more than 15 years of local broadcast TV experience working from 1997-2002 as a weather caster for KMIZ-TV (ABC) in Columbia, MO, and 2003-March 2012 as the morning meteorologist for KMTV-TV (CBS) in Omaha, NE. He also has been a contributor for The Weather Channel during their former prime time show, Abrams & Bettes. C.T. enjoys delivering weather information in an educational, understandable and useful way and has rich forecast experience from the Midwest tracking severe storms to major snowstorms. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri- Columbia holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil and Atmospheric Sciences and earned the American Meteorological Society (AMS) Seal of Approval for Television Weather casting in 2003.
