CA Supreme Court upholds $87 million Roundup ruling

The California Supreme Court has upheld a ruling in a Roundup case. It let stand an $87 million dollar award to a couple who claimed exposure to Roundup cause their Non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

They were originally awarded $2 billion dollars, but a judge previously reduced it.

Now, Bayer is asking the Supreme Court to take up a separate case involving similar legal issues.
