Call To Action: U.S. Chamber of Commerce asks Biden Administration to step in on port issues

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is urging the Biden Administration to step in over West Coast port issues.

The largest trade group representing American Business sent a letter to the President asking for a mediator to be appointed amid labor negotiations between the International Long Shore Warehouse Union and the Pacific Maritime Association.

The negotiations have been going on for well over a year now, and we are entering peak shipping season, especially for the ag sector.
The Port of Los Angeles is one up in question and it handled $440 billion dollars worth of goods within the last year.
