Despite a slow start in the early days of 2021, there is renewed hope for a great year in the beef markets.
Shaun Haney, the host of RealAg Radio, speaks with RFD-TV’s own Tammi Arender on the positive variables and what concerns may still be present in the industry.
“2020 brought a lot of challenges for the beef markets, and as we get to the early parts here of 2021, mid-January, there are some positives out there,” Haney states. “One of them is the consumer. The stimulus that went out into the market... the consumer basically recovered back in May, which has really led to being able to buy beef at the grocery store...”
